This one Microsoft Teams Trick seems not known by everyone. You can open a Teams Meeting Chat without being in the Meeting and even if the Meeting Chat wasn't used during the meeting.
Tip: you can pin this chat for reuse for recurring meetings.
Use Case description
You might want to share information after or before a meeting with the meeting participants, best way via chat.
You would not like to create a separate Group chat for this purpose but at the best use the already existing chat belonging to the meeting entry.
It is not so obvious how to access the meeting chat when you are not in the meeting.
Solution
The best way I know/ recommend is to go in your Teams Client to the Calendar and locate the meeting in the Calendar.
Right-click on it and you will find in the context menu an entry named "Chat with participants"
Tip: you can pin this chat for reuse for recurring meetings.
Pro Tip: You could also create a favorite for it.
