How to manage Contact Favorites in Microsoft Teams

In Microsoft Teams you can organize your Contacts a bit in a flat structure. But still, it takes quite a few clicks to call or chat with a favorite contact. Wouldn't it be cool if you could do such from a launcher bar? I present here a solution for it.

Manage Favorites/Bookmarks for Microsoft Teams (Teams or Channels)

In Microsoft Teams you may get easily lost or it may take quite some time to find quickly a Team or dedicated Channel. Of course, you can sort your Teams, hide and you can also search. But still wouldn't it be nice if you could manage Teams and Channels like you manage Bookmarks or Favorites and quickly search for them from a Launcher bar? Now Launchy is unfortunately not maintained anymore - since 2008 and its follower LaunchyQT lacks some features I was used to.

So I have looked for an alternative and came to use now Executor.

Update 2023-01-11: I have troubles getting Executor working and switched to LaunchyQt as alternative.

How to create a shortcut to an app from the Microsoft App Store?

For starting a program from the Microsoft App Store (e.g. MS Whitboard or MS To-Do) from an application launcher like Executor or Launchy I was looking for a way to create a shortcut to such an app.

This isn't trivial as expected. Here is the solution I have found.
