I have added a new member in the Microsoft Teams PowerTools family, I call Teamsy Launcher. In short, it offers the Teamsy functionality without the need of an external application launcher.
It is also included in the Teams Shortcuts PowerTool.
I highlight here this new feature.

Teamsy Launcher
The functionality is the same as Teamsy but you can run it without a third-party application launcher.
Either you use the launcher standalone (Teamsy Launcher.ahk) or you run it from TeamsShortcuts PowerTool.
In other words, if you are already using the TeamsShortcuts PowerTool, you don't need to install/run Teamsy Launcher separately since it is integrated into it already.
Run from TeamsShortcuts PowerTool
You can add a hotkey to launch it, under Settings (1)-> Global Hotkeys (2) -> Launcher (3)
(I like to use Win+Space as hotkey for it)
Or run from the Launcher menu entry.
Run from Teamsy Launcher
You can setup Teamsy Launcher as any PowerTool e.g. from the PowerTool Bundler or directly download here.
You can add a hotkey to launch it, under Settings->Hotkey
You can also launch it, by double-clicking on the tool system tray icon.
Teamsy vs. Teamsy Launcher?
I personally do use an application launcher.
If you use Microsoft Teams, solely for managing Teams Favorites (either Teams or Channels or People|Contacts) it is worth using an external application launcher, to my opinion. Update: now not that much anymore since you can launch favorites also from the Teamsy Launcher. Still the Application Launcher offers preview and autocomplete functionality.)
Running Teamsy from the application launcher requires to use one keyword more as prefix for Teamsy (i.e. t), whereas with the Teamsy Launcher you can directly type the Teamsy syntax or command.
I personally use both and as hotkeys Alt+Space for my application launcher (Launchy) and Win+Space for the Teamsy Launcher configured in the Teams Shortcuts PowerTool.
