I have struggled to find how to get Music recommendation in Spotify Web.
The solution I have found is available here: Solved: "Made for you" missing - The Spotify Community
There you can find music recommendations e.g. by Genre or Artist.
Music recommendations are a bit hidden in Spotify.
There is a "Made for You" Tab.
Unfortunately, this tab isn't visible from the Home for my Spotify like shown in this YouTube video:

Then look for the "Made For You" box.
There you can find music recommendations e.g. by Genre or Artist.
Alternatively you can search in your library for Playlists generated by Spotify or containing Mix:
The Enhance Playlist feature seems only available in the App (not the browser version)
What Does Spotify's "Enhance" Button Do, and How Do You Use It? - in fact I couldn't find it.
