I had the trouble that one file didn't sync to my SharePoint from the local sync location.
In the browser then, upload the problematic file e.g. by drag and drop from the file explorer to the browser window.
It was annoying because I couldn't get the share link for this file.
I have found a workaround I share here.
Shortly the solution was to go the other way around (local->cloud vs. cloud->local)
I have opened the online destination location in the browser.
To do this from the file explorer, select the parent folder containing the unsync'ed file and select -> View online
In the browser then, upload the problematic file e.g. by drag and drop from the file explorer to the browser window.
This unblocked the sync issue.
